From drawing to packed carton.
This page documents the production sequence the factory works to. Equipment registers and capacity figures are published only after the workshop has supplied verifiable information — until then they remain marked as pending.

Production sequence
Order review
The drawing, size list or sample is reviewed against the enquiry. Open points — thread length, slot size, material grade, coating — are raised before production is scheduled.
Confirmed specification sheet
Material preparation
Steel is received against the specification, identified by heat or batch where the order requires traceability, then cut to the production length.
Released material
Machining and threading
Turning, threading, drilling and slotting are carried out to the drawing. Threads are checked with gauges at the workstation rather than only at final inspection.
Machined parts
Fabrication and welding
Brackets, plates and welded assemblies are produced to the approved detail, with weld size and position checked against the drawing.
Fabricated assemblies
Surface finishing
Zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing or stainless finishing is applied according to the coating requirement on the order, with thread fit checked after coating.
Finished parts
Inspection and packing
Dimensions, quantity and appearance are checked, then parts are counted, packed by size or mark, labelled and palletized for dispatch.

Equipment register
Equipment list pending factory confirmation
The register below shows the process stages that exist in the production sequence. Machine models, quantities and workshop area are intentionally left as “to be confirmed” — publishing an unverified equipment list would misrepresent the factory.
Buyers who need a capability audit before placing a first order can request a live video call with the workshop instead.
Request a factory call| Process | Equipment type | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Cutting | Shearing / sawing | To be confirmed |
| Machining | Lathes, drilling machines | To be confirmed |
| Threading | Thread rolling / tapping | To be confirmed |
| Fabrication | Welding, press brake | To be confirmed |
| Finishing | Plating / galvanizing line | To be confirmed |
| Inspection | Caliper, thread gauge, coating gauge | To be confirmed |
Replace each pending row with the verified machine list before launch.
Order handling
Enquiry
Specification, quantity and destination port. Drawing attached if available.
Quotation
Offer states material, finish, packing and the assumptions used for the price.
Production
Released against the confirmed specification sheet, with hold points agreed.
Dispatch
Packed by size or mark, labelled, with documentation per the order terms.
Lead times, minimum order quantities and capacity are confirmed per order. They are not published as fixed figures because they depend on the size mix, finishing requirement and current schedule.
