The fixing condition
Steel frame erection is a sequence of connections made in the right order with the right parts. Bolts that do not match the grip length, anchors set at the wrong projection or brackets drilled to the wrong pattern all show up as site delays.
We supply the components that sit between the frame members and the foundation: structural bolt sets, foundation anchors, connection brackets and threaded bracing parts. Production is released against the connection drawing, with the packing matched to the member marks so site issue follows the erection sequence.
What to prepare before an enquiry
Connection drawing
Plate thickness, bolt diameter, grip length and hole positions must be fixed before bolt sets are packed.
Foundation detail
Anchor projection, bend geometry and template pattern come from the foundation and base plate drawing.
Exposure class
Internal, sheltered or exposed conditions determine whether zinc plating or hot-dip galvanizing is appropriate.
