Product information
A drop-in anchor is set into the hole and expanded with a setting tool, leaving an internal thread flush with the surface. It is useful where the fixing point must be established before the fixture is known, or where a flush finish is required.
Because the thread is internal, the bolt or rod can be selected later for the fixture thickness. State the required thread size and the setting tool requirement; tooling is quoted with the anchors.

Can the anchor be removed and reused?
The bolt can be removed, but the expanded anchor body stays in the concrete and is not normally reusable.
Is a setting tool mandatory?
Yes. The internal expansion plug must be driven to the correct depth, otherwise the anchor will not set properly.
