Product information
A chemical anchor bonds the stud to the concrete through a cured resin rather than by expansion, so the load is spread along the embedment length instead of concentrated at the hole wall. This makes it the usual choice for close edge distances, small anchor spacing, or where the slab has already been poured.
The system is supplied as a matched capsule and stud set: resin capsule, threaded stud with a chamfered end, hex nut and washer. Hole diameter, embedment depth and cure time come from the resin manufacturer's data for the specific base material and temperature.

Frequently asked questions
Is a chemical anchor stronger than a mechanical anchor?
Not in general — they behave differently. Chemical anchors spread load along the embedment and suit close edges and tight spacing; mechanical anchors suit standard edge distances and faster installation. The base material and load case decide.
Do you supply the resin and the stud together?
Yes, as a matched set, so the hole diameter and cure time on the data sheet match the stud actually supplied.
Can anchors be installed in wet concrete?
Only with a resin rated for wet or water-filled holes. Tell us the site condition before the order is placed.
