Product information
Embedded anchor bolts are set into the formwork before the concrete is poured, so the exposed thread lands exactly where the column base plate expects it. The end plate or anchor plate is welded to the shank to develop the pull-out load into the concrete; a template holds the bolt group at the correct centres during the pour.
Each set is produced to the foundation layout: bolt diameter, projection above the base plate, hook or plate detail, and the group spacing. Getting the projection right matters more than it looks — too short and the nut will not fully engage, too long and the column cannot be packed up.

Frequently asked questions
How is the projection length decided?
Base plate thickness plus grout or packer height plus nut and washer, with a margin for thread run-out. Send the base plate detail and it will be checked against the layout.
Is a template included?
On request. A template holds the bolt group at the correct centres during the pour, which is cheaper than re-drilling a base plate on site.
